Homes in Albuquerque

ABQ HUB of Sawmill District
We loved the place, especially the true blackout curtains in the bedrooms. There were also plenty of linens and space to hang clothes. Excellent location at a very good price.

Cheerful 2-bedroom home with indoor fireplace
Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, everything worked as it should, close to amenities, nice area, beautiful views. Even though neighbors on both sides, we never saw them nor heard them. You are close to a main road, but road noise is a minimum. Felt very safe. Hosts responsive as needed. If you want to sleep in, bring a sleep mask due to morning sunlight. This didn’t bother us due to waking up early anyway to explore Albuquerque & Santa Fe.

Feel at Home , Far from Home
Great place! Would stay again

Comfortable 3-bedroom home with spacious backyard
Absolutely loved the back yard! Was able to play with my son and have a wonderful time!

Heart of Nob Hill
A cozy little home in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated with New Mexico flavor. Hostess is wonderful to work with and is always available to help if needed. Our second stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

MidCentury Midtown home (Northeast) Albuquerque
From the moment you walk in, the place feels like home. It smells great too. The rooms, the towels the linen, all clean and fresh. Lots of off road parking. The hosts are responsive and lovely. I would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful home. Walking distance to Uptown Mall
Convenient access and good layout. We loved the pool table, darts, and classic arcade! Made hanging out in the evenings all the more enjoyable.

Casa Tranquila ( 2 minutes from the freeway )
Great stay

Casita in Rio Rancho/Albuquerque
Second time staying and it didn’t disappoint. Can’t wait for the next visit.

Darling Patio Home in Great NE Neighborhood
Highly recommend! After living in Albuquerque for over 20 years - I visit family often. This is the best spot I’ve stayed at. Host is wonderful, location is great. Really makes sure you are at home! I highly recommend!

Spacious and luxurious 4BR home!
This is not just a rental house, you feel at home the minute you walk in. This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as enjoyable as the first. All my family could do is rave about the place and said they know were they will be staying when they come back. We look forward to next year!!!

Sara's Casita on Summer. Amazing location!
We enjoyed our stay at Sara's place very much. It was clean and had everything we could want. We love to cook our own breakfast, and she had all the kitchen supplies for that and more. We asked to book a day early as our schedule changed by a day as we were vacationing all around New Mexico. Sara was quick to accept it. That was a relief not to have to find a place last minute. The weather was a little out of the ordinary as it snowed a little the day we arrived and it had been in the high 70's the day before. There was a space heater and also two air conditioners and during our stay we ended up using both. It was a great location for seeing everything we wanted in Albuquerque.

Spacious Rio Rancho Home
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we could need. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, tea, and other essentials, making us feel right at home. Host was fantastic—super responsive and attentive to our needs. They even went out of their way to drop off water bottles for us during our stay, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. This home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Perfect Family Friendly Home in Nob Hill
This is a perfect vacation listing for a couple or small family visiting Albuquerque. The Nob Hill neighborhood is fun and eclectic with excellent restaurants at every turn. The huge back yard is great for kids or sky watching at night. The home is very tidy and includes a bedroom that kids will feel comfortable in right away. A+

The Village Casita
Just what we were looking for. Clean, quiet and comfortable. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Cloudview charming 2 bedrooms townhouse.
Our stay was great! Such a cozy and clean house. I definitely recommend this place, everything from booking to checking in was very efficient with the host!
Vacation rentals with jacuzzis in Albuquerque

SECRET GLAMPING SITE
Ed and Barbara was and is such a blessing. The community here is very therapeutic, even the dogs. This is definitely one of those places that if you could then you would come back over and over again. Barbara will make you feel right at home, so have fun if you dare; you might not want to go home. Nice pool, jacuzzi, lots of of space to feel free and to let loose and be loud. If you're into art sculptures then you have a lot to look at, because this place is filled with the enchanting art work by Ed. This experience will leave an everlasting impression on you. Thank you Barb and Ed!

Placitas Getaway -no cleaning fees-
The photos really don’t do this place justice… The casita is private, scenic, and relaxing. House was fully stocked with everything you will need. All essentials were a close drive away. David was friendly and responsive. Could not recommend the casita enough!

Hot Tub + Pool! Cowgirl Suite at The Desert Compas
The Cowgirl Suite is lovely. Spacious living room with a huge deep couch and a beautiful bedroom. The kitchen was very clean and the utensils and dishes were high quality (loved the roadrunner mugs so much!). The entire grounds are serene with lots of places to sit and drink coffee, read a book, or just hang out. Having off-street parking was great as well. Location can't be beat, and the guidebook provided great recommendations. Two things to keep in mind about this particular suite - not negatives, just FYIs: the bathroom is charming and very small with a decent step up to the shower, and Wi-Fi was occasionally spotty. I consider both of these quirks of an adobe home, and neither detracted from my stay in the least. Overall a wonderful experience and I would absolutely return.

Peaceful Boutique Casita Centrally Located
Amanda was a fantastic host! She was kind, attentive, and responsive. She and her husband made us feel right at home. The property is beautiful and the casita is very homey and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Artisan Casita, Near Old Town, Fully Stocked!
Such a great place! Took advantage of the hot tub and borrowed the provided bikes to ride to a close by park and grocery store. Easy to get in and out of the Airbnb and it was very comfortable. Anthony was a great host! Would definitely recommend!

Hot Tub+Fire Pit+Patio VIEWS+Pet Friendly+Hiking!
I had an absolute fantastic stay, the cleanliness was an 11/10, it had everything you needed for a short trip. Neighborhood is respectable and has beautiful surroundings, I appreciate that they had snacks and a fully loaded coffee bar. I would absolutely stay here again and I recommend you do the same.

Adobe Casita #2 in Historic Old Town Plaza
I loved the place. Quiet with a private patio. Within easy walking distance to a park and Old Town. It was convenient to be able to walk to a restaurant for meals. The casita was spacious and reasonably authentic, but with ac & heat. I would definitely stay there if I ever return to Albuquerque. Connie came and showed me how to operate everything right after I arrived.

Lilys Old Town Loft Casita
We loved staying here! We picked it for the location, which was indeed wonderful, but we absolutely fell in LOVE with the porch. What a dream! David was a great host.

Your guide to Albuquerque
All About Albuquerque
Albuquerque is one of New Mexico’s cultural hubs, a desert city steeped in the history of its Indigenous peoples and Spanish heritage. This rich heritage is exemplified in its local art and history museums, and through its Pueblo architecture with curved edges and earthen hues. As you wander the 18th-century Old Town, red brick walkways lead you to the Old Town Plaza, where the church of San Felipe de Neri towers above shops selling turquoise jewelry and artwork. You’ll also find cafes and restaurants serving New Mexican staples like chile rellenos, carne adovada, and plenty of green chili-flavored dishes.
Route 66 runs through the center of Albuquerque, dotted with bars and nightlife offerings casting a neon glow on the iconic highway. Just outside the city, the Sandia Foothills provide ample opportunities for hikes, and you may just spot mule deer, rabbits, and the occasional rattlesnake.
To cool off during the summer, you can paddle board along the mighty Rio Grande that runs through the city. Come winter, you’ll find skiing and snowboarding less than an hour away in the Sandia Mountains.
The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Albuquerque
With more than 300 days of sun throughout the year, bright days and blue skies are never in short supply here. The desert climate may imply constant heat, but seasonal weather conditions and temperatures can vary drastically. Albuquerque offers the Downtown Growers’ Market during the summer months, which can reach points of sweltering heat, but frequent afternoon showers — July through October is the rainiest time — help keep things comfortable. Winter conditions see temperatures often plummet to freezing. However, the area is relatively arid during this period, at least in the city. The surrounding mountains get inundated with snow during this time, providing excellent skiing opportunities.
The shoulder seasons in Albuquerque are popular due to mild temperatures for exploring the city and surrounding nature parks. Fall is a particular favorite for vacation rentals partly due to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta in October. This nine-day event attracts nearly a million visitors and more than 500 hot-air balloon operators from around the world. The celebration includes twilight balloon runs, balloon competitions, chainsaw carving, vendors, street food, and fireworks.
Top things to do in Albuquerque
Petroglyph National Monument
This anthropological site on the edge of town is one of the continent’s largest petroglyph sites, with more than 25,000 basalt etchings dating back to nearly 2,000 B.C. Miles of trail systems cut through the stark and beautiful landscape filled with scrub brush and volcanic rock that is home to several species of lizards and snakes, and fields of wildflowers.
Albuquerque Museum
Located just off Route 66, the Albuquerque Museum focuses on the region’s unique style of art and storied history. Permanent exhibits showcase Indigenous art styles in the form of paintings and hanging sculptures. Photo galleries detail the region’s local history, peoples, and cultures.
La Luz Trail
For a strenuous adventure in the Sandia Mountains, the La Luz Trail is a popular challenge. The path runs less than nine miles with an elevation gain of 3,200 vertical feet. Along the way, you’ll be treated to dramatic views of the Albuquerque landscape, particularly at the end, where you can grab a bite with a panoramic view at 10,300 feet above sea level before taking a tram down the mountain.
